3. Look for your confirmation and pay pal invoice in your email. Once I receive your completed order form I will email over a pay pal request.
Once your funds have been received and cleared I will customise your design and you will have it for installation within24 hours.

Terms and Conditions
CreditsOnce your new design has been installed to your blog, you agree to keep the Designer Blogs logo (it will coordinate the look of your blog) and links crediting the designer and kit used on your blog until you remove the design from your blog in its entirety. You are welcome to move the Designer Blogs logo and credits around, but they must remain on your blog until you are finished with the design.
Payment
Payment on all orders is due upfront. Your PayPal invoice will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days after your order has been submitted so please be sure to check your email frequently during this process so it is not missed. If ordering a custom design, your name will not be placed in the custom queue until payment has been made in full.
Portfolio Use
A picture of the header and/or blog button designed for you will be placed in our portfolio and will link to your blog so that others can see examples of our work. If you would prefer your header not be linked to your blog, please let us know.
Queue
This list has been created to help us keep orders straight and to help you know when work on your blog design will begin. The queue is created on a first come/pay, first serve basis according to the time in which your full payment is made. Your name will be placed and secured in the queue immediately after we receive your payment. If you fail to submit payment, your name will remain in the "on hold" section of the queue until payment has been made.
Widgets
Although we have not lost any widgets (sidebar information) yet with our designs and don't anticipate losing any in the future, we still strongly suggest you save a back up of your blog template before work on your design has begun just in case something should happen. DEar Piper is not responsible for anything lost due to your failure to backup your template.
Altering
Once your layout has been installed to your blog, you agree not to edit, alter, or share our designs and templates (including the HTML) with anyone for any reason or claim them as your own. Using our designs and templates (including HTML) in a manipulated form or in their entirety to produce a profit in anyway is not permitted. You will be free to add or remove sidebar gadgets (ie: pictures, music, link lists, etc.) and will be able to post as usual after we install, but any altering of the specific items we have designed is prohibited.
Revisions
We want you to be pleased with your design and are happy to make any reasonable number of revision free of charge until you are 100% satisfied with your design. However, if your requests for revisions become overly excessive--meaning they take us more time than the average design, we will start charging $20/hour. If you decide to change your kit design in the middle of the design process, you will be charged for the price of the new kit you choose plus the time already spent on your original design at $20/hour.
Refunds
Due to the unique nature of blog design, I do not offer refunds on designs already begun. If you have been placed in the queue and change your mind after you have sent payment, we will gladly send a refund minus the cost of the design kit (if already purchased) and any PayPal checkout fees

As of right now 9/1/2010 there is no waiting list :)

If you're at the top of the list , it usually won't take any more than 1 day to design, get your approval and install. If you purchase a premade design your installation will take place the same day I recieve your info( title, wording etc) and photos (if applicable)
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
The price of each package includes design labor, revisions, and installation. Design kits/istock graphics are not and cannot be included in your package price, but paid for seperately! You may also aquire additional cost if you choose a la carte items outside of your initial package.
Is there a discount for returning customers?
Absolutely!!!! Returning customers recieving a full on Make-over recieve 20% off their chosen package price. This discount applies to package prices, add-on's , graphic sand kit designs remain at the same price.
Will I lose any information or widgets on my blog that I previously installed?
Nope! Not unless you choose to not incorporate them into your new design. I will however suggest things be moved or replaced as to keep with your new theme.
What if I have another designer kit I want used, but it's not listed here?
Let me know who the designer is and I will personally email them to ask for written permission to use their products in your design. Some designers require a additional commercial license be purchased along with the kit fee. If I don't get their permission, their kits/products will not be used as it violates each designers Terms of Use.
Can I get a copy of the digital kit you use for my design?
I'm sorry , but unfortunately that is also a violation in digital designers Terms of Use. Design Kits remain the Sole property of Dear Piper Blog Designs.
I really like another blog you designed, can I have the same design?
I can certainly take aspects of another blog, but I really like one of a kind designs, and you should too! :)
What should I do about my login and Password information?
I personally do not want to know what your login info is, so please change your password to something easy and generic before your installation. That way once I'm done you can go back to your daily routine and have nothing to worry about :)
